If r = -3 and s = 5:
(r^-4)(s^2) = (-3^-4)(5^2) = (1/81)(25) = 25/81

If r = 5 and s = -3:
(r^-4)(s^2) = (5^-4)(3^2) = (1/625)(9) = 9/625
