This treaty is called the Persistent Organic Pollutants (POPs) Treaty.

Originating at the Stockholm convention, it agrees to do away with, or phase out, 12 organic persistent pollutants. These 12 are known as the Dirty Dozen.

Examples would be DDT and PCBs.
