1. You can reflect point A(-2,4) across the line y=5.5 to form point A'(-2,7).
2. You can reflect point A'(-2,7) across the line x= -3 to form point A''(-4,7).
3. The composition of these two reflections give you the transformation that transform point A(-2,4) to point A''(-4,7) (see picture).
