A coin is flipped 30 times. It landed heads up 9 times and tails up 21 times. Whis is the theorectical probability of the coin landing heads up?

Since it's a fair coin, the probability is of 50%, which equals 15 heads up and 15 heads down.

But, during the experimental probability, the results just happened to be deviated, since we only EXPECTED 15 heads up.
