So technically you would do this:

EXAMPLE:
first box:
[tex]100 \times 10 = 100[/tex]
second box:
[tex]100 \div \frac{1}{10} = 10[/tex]
so technically you would multiply the nber provided by ten and divide it by 1/10 .
