Well this question is more of an opinion then anything else. It can go both ways. Some could say it's positive because people can communicate outside of school or work. But on the other hand it can be extremely dangerous which is where it can be negative. If children, teenagers, or even adults aren't careful they could get hurt. There is many stories about people getting cat-fished and then get either seriously injured or even possibly dying. So to answer your question it can be positive and negative. Hope this helps!
