If the question is asking which one is a better deal it would be the box of 18 tea bags.

If the question is looking for how much it would be for a single tea bag

Box A: .14 or 14 cents        Box B: .11 or 11 cents

If the question is how much more of a deal is Box B than Box A

Box B would be 59 cents cheaper if they had the same amount.
