Using the translation
(x,y)(x + 3,y - 4)

(-2,-1) (-2 + 3, -1 - 4) => (-1, -5)

(0,-5) (0 + 3, -5 - 4) => (3, -9)

(3,2) (3 + 3, 2 - 4) => (6, -2)

Therefore, the new vertices after the translation are:
(-1,-5), (3,-9), and (6,-2)
