We have given expression [tex](\frac{2^3}{2^{-5}})^{-1}[/tex]

According to property of exponent [tex](\frac{2^3}{2^{-5}})^{-1}=\frac{2^{-5}}{2^3}[/tex]

Now again according to property of exponent when exponent on any function are in division then we subtract the exponent of denominator from exponenet of nominator

So [tex]\frac{2^{-5}}{2^3}=2^{-5-3}=2^{-8}[/tex]
