1. We need to take more drastic action in punishing those who bully others
2. We also need to train teachers on how to better handle bullying so it won’t occur
3. Also you could set up an anonymous tip line (email) so those who are scared to report can easily send an email and get the issue resolved without ever having to fear being seen.
