Given :

  • 2x²y - 4xy², x = - 1 & y = 1

To Find :

  • Value of the expression

Solution :

2x²y - 4xy²

Substituting the value of x & y,

= 2(- 1)² × 1 - 4(- 1) × 1²

= 2 × 1 × 1 + 4 × 1

= 2 + 4

= 6

Hence, The value of the expression is 6.
