so get ur two points (2,8) (5,11)

then divide them where they supposed to be the y-coordinates on the top and the x-coordinates on the bottom so like

8-11/2-5 and that equals 1

sense you have ur M well ur slope use y=m×+b

so its going to be (8=(1(2)+b) which equals 6 so ur b will be 6
