Working alone, it takes Rob ten hours to

dig a 10 ft by 10 ft hole. Alberto can dig

the same hole in eight hours. How long

would it take them if they worked

together?

well if they work together then one digs 5 ft and so it would be half they time so since Rob digs it in 10 hrs and Alberto digs in 8 which equals 18 divided by 2 bc they are working together it would prob take them about 9 hours
