An immigrant is somebody who moves to a foreign country either temporarily or permanently in hopes of finding what they are looking for. A refugee is a person who was forced to leave their home country. The refugee could have been forced either for natural disasters, to escape war, and many other horrible situations that could have taken place.

Hope this helps!
