{(1,4), (2,4), (3, 4), (4,4)}

{(3,3), (−2,−2), (0, 0), (−4,4)}

Amist
A function cannot have different ranges for the same domain
For 1, all have same domain but have different ranges (not a function)
For 2, they all have different domains (function)
For 3, also all different domains (function)
For 4, same domain with different range (not a function)
For 5, all different domains (function)

So the functions are points 2,3,5
