30x + 4*0.75 = 42.6
30x + 3 = 42.6
30x = 39.6
x = 39.6/30
x = 1.32kg

so.....4*0.75=3 kg
rest weight=39.6

so......weight of each bag of flour = 39.6/30=1.32 kg
