Answer: x = 1 and y = 5

We already know that x=y-4 so place the value of, "x" in the first equation, -10x+3y=5. So solve the steps like this:

-10(y-4) + 3y = 5

-10y + 40 + 3y = 5

-7y= 5-40

-7y= -35

y= -35/-7

y= 5

Now place the value of y in the first equation.

-10x + 3(5) = 5

-10x + 15 = 5

-10x= 5-15

x= -10/-10

x= 1

So x is 1 and y is 5

Brainliest pls if i am correct!
