IVC Into the right atria through the tricuspid valve, into the right ventricle, up through the pulmonary valve, to the pulmonary artery which will leave out into the lungs. There it will become oxygenated and travel back to the heart via the pulmonary veins, into the left atria through the mitral valve, into the left ventricle, up through the aortic valve (also referred to as the semilunar valve), into the aorta and out to the body where it will travel through the arteries throughout the body until it reaches the big toe.
