We need the specific heat of iron skillet. For iron,
cp = 0.385 J/g°C

To get the heat absorbed, we use the formula
H = m cp ΔT
Subsituting
H = 53g ( 0.385 J/g°C) (92 - 23)
H = 1407.95 J
