How do you do this X-1/8=1/4

x-1/8=1/4
Add 1/8 for both side
x-1/8+1/8=1/4+1/8
x=1/4+1/8
1/4+1/8
=2/8+1/8
=3/8. As a result, x=3/8. Hope it help!
