to form a converse conditional statement all you need to do is to interchange the hypothesis and the conclusion. Therefore, the converse statement for this problem is If the temperature is below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, then it is snowing. The first sentence here now is the conclusion followed by the hypothesis.
