the parent function is the first step you have to do before graphing the equation...
with that being said...
Parent function:
(In x)
...
additional information:
after the parent function you then could go on to the next step which is move the graph 3 units to the right...
In(x-3)
and then 4 units up...
In (x-3) + 4
