That statement is false
The interactionist perspective study human relations between one individual to another individual.
A perspective could be considered as macro only if it was observe on a large scale level (such as interraction  like how behaviors affect the average production of the whole nation). Because of this, interactionist perspective is actually derived from a micro level.
