The equation represents a parabola in the yz-plane. There is no "x" variable or value, therefore it is simply a 2-D parabola.

Since the square (^2) is on the y plane, therefore the parabola is opening with an axis on the y plane.

Answer:

A parabola

Step-by-step explanation:
