First make fractions.
2 5/7 = 19/7
3 4/5 = 19/5

19/7*x=19/5
Multiply 7 to other side (7*19/5=133/5)
Multiply 5 to other side (5*19=95)
95x=133
133 divided by 95 yields 1.4

The answer is 1.4
