Actually the two primary harmones produced by our thyroid gland is thyroxine or tetraiodothyronine which is shortly called as T4 harmone and then triiodothyronine which is know as T3 harmone, which helps and influences the rate of metabolism, by regulating the blood glucose levels in our body.
