If you would like to find the line that passes through these points, then
1. find the slope = (y2-y1)/(x2-x1) = (0-(-2))/(-3-3)=-2/6=-1/3
2. find the line passing through one of the points with the slope found above:
y-y1=slope*(x-x1)
y-3=-1/3*(x-(-2)
y=-(1/3)x-(2/3)+3
y=-x/3 + 7/3
is the required line.
