y^2 + y

y^2 + y + 0.25 <=== the constant term is 0.25
(y + 0.5)(y + 0.5) =
(y + 0.5)^2

to find the constant, u take half of ur y coefficient (not the y^2 coefficient)....y^2 + 1y....ur y coefficient is 1......half of it is 0.5....u then square it....(0.5^2) = 0.25 ....this is ur constant
