volume of cone is 10
if the radius is r and height is h
while volume of cylinder is pi r 2nd power h,
volume of cone is 1/3 pi r 2nd power h.
hence with same r and h the volume of cone is one-third of that of cylinder and hence 
volume of cone is 10.
