Hello!

Here we can use t=sqrt(2d/g)

So t=sqrt(2000m/9.80m/s^2)=14.3s

This came from the kinematic equation x2=x1+v1*t+1/2at^2

I rearranged for time and dropped the v1t term as there was no initial velocity.
