Make a proportion, 
1 wall/30 minutes=x wall/5 minutes
cross mulitply, 
5=30x
x=5/30=1/6
1/6 of the wall in 5 minutes

To figure this problem out you would divide 5 by 30 which is 1/6. George can paint 1/6 of the wall in 5 minutes.
